Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a well-rounded insight into the financial aspects of our operations, as well as into our corporate finance functions.
  • Develop and maintain business models that support operational decision-making, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and strategic planning.
  • Prepare monthly revenue projections.
  • Review, analyze and forecast monthly financial statements.
  • Assist with preparation of yearly and long-range operating, capital and cash budgets.
  • Recommend process improvement projects across operational areas, including policies and procedures.
  • Interact with all levels of management on projects and cost enhancement programs.
  • Partner with managers in operations to understand business issues driving their performance and look for opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform special project analyses to better understand cost and drive optimal resource allocation and business decisions.
  • Assist with prioritization and implementation of initiatives and direct cost/benefit analysis.
  • Assist Controller & COO in establishing operational and exception reporting to management.
  • Qualifications
  • 3-5 years progressive experience performing financial analysis and planning in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Financial reporting, forecasting, budget development and implementation experience.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Solid problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.
  • PC proficiency: Excel and Word required, PowerPoint, Access, and Oracle a plus

  • Copy Director
    Responsibilities
  • Create and edit copy for all Brands across all channels: Catalog, Internet, Retail, and for all other public relations and internal Company needs.
  • Manage staff and contract writers, evaluate performance, and assign appropriate tasks and duties to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
  • Adhere to all copy standards and all production schedules.
  • Work closely across departments to develop brand-oriented, specialized copy and Brand themes while maintaining consistency of messaging.
  • Conduct TM searches and act as a liaison with legal department to acquire trademarks on product names.
  • Maintain a current database of all catalog copy.
  • Assist artists and designers with catalog production when necessary.
  • Lead special projects to explore new ways of marketing and growing our business.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum five (5) years multi-channel marketing writing experience. Catalog experience highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing a team of direct reports.
  • Proficient in Quark Xpress, InDesign, File Maker Pro, and Microsoft Word, Office and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organization, time management, interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills.
    Copywriter
    Responsibilities
  • Write, proof, and edit copy for all catalog titles, internet, advertisements, and specialty jobs
  • Write, proof, and edit letters, instructions, product information insert cards and other writing needs of the company as assigned
  • Work closely with Merchandising and Marketing departments to develop brand-oriented, specialized copy
  • Research product attributes and trademark registration
  • Maintain a current database of all catalog copy
  • Utilize and maintain the catalog Copy/Image Library
  • Adhere to all copy standards
  • Assist artists and designers with simple production when necessary
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum five (5) years multi-channel marketing writing experience. Catalog experience highly desirable.
  • Strong background in literature and writing
  • Experience as a copywriter and in retail sales

    Photography Producer
    Job Responsibilities
  • Attend product turnover meetings for assigned catalog/season to determine sample needs for photography.
  • Work closely with Art Directors to scout locations, create shot lists and schedule shoots.
  • Publish and update shoot schedules on a weekly basis.
  • Distribute photography shot lists; update and redistribute as changes occur.
  • Order samples for photography from stock as necessary.
  • Verify samples are in, follow up with Product Managers on sample status.
  • Facilitate photo shoots on location and in studio.
  • Manage and track photo shoot budgets.
  • Work with Studio Assistant and Grips to pack and label boxes/merchandise.
  • Assist with liquidation of inventory post photography, identifying items to stay in studio or sent to outlet.
  • Process and record invoices related to photo shoot production.
  • Request compensation fee(s) from Accounting for photo location owners and models.
  • Maintain databases for shoot locations, vendors and freelancers.
  • Develop, maintain and book freelance resources, including photographers, stylist/stylist assistants, grips and models.
  • Arrange truck rental (pick-up and drop-offs).
  • Assist with prop shopping and manage prop inventory.
  • Work with studio staff to keep studio and warehouse clean and organized.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; knowledge of photo production preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Computer skills essential-ability to use MOSIS, PKMS, Filemaker Pro and Microsoft Excel and other applications as job technology changes.
  • Flexible and results oriented.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; represents company to location owners and vendors.

  • Overnight travel required and the ability to work additional hours during photo shoots.

  • In this role you will have the overall responsibility and direction of a Customer Service call center of 150 to 250 employees, including center operations, employee leadership, revenue, expense and budget management, community relations. Ensures that the levels of customer satisfaction are consistently attained. Responsible for creating and maintaining high quality work environment for all employees and all brands. Responsible for site's expenses, budget and revenue. Assures strong relationship with the local community. Directs Customer Care vision, operating principles, company philosophy throughout the site and organization.

    Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in achieving successful overall results in customer satisfaction, employee relations, staffing, facilities, service levels, management development, training, and management of multiple brands for a single site contact center.
  • Primary responsibility for customer service, quality of work environment, several manager-level direct reports in a fast paced environment; effective leadership in a key senior level support role in a large, fast growing, fast- paced customer focused operation with a wide variety of customer and employee responsibility.
  • Strong preference for someone with overall strong call center operations, knowledge and experience, especially in developing a team of leaders and managing multiple brands.
  • Directs the entire operations of a customer service call center. Oversees team Managers. Manages policies, procedures and operating structure and sets standards and guidelines. Does not include technical support.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Minimum five- (5) years-progressive inbound call center leadership experience - 3 of which in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Strong experience in leading teams and managing front line managers.
  • Proven ability in developing front line managers.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience in all facets of call center operations to include: automated call distribution, scheduling principles, recruitment, hiring, training and quality monitoring.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior call center start up experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in various personal applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under stringent deadlines
